Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead the improvement team and support the Operations Manager and production organization in managing a large operation. The role emphasizes Lean Six Sigma, cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain, and driving strategic plans and initiatives.

A hands-on mindset and fluency in English (Dutch preferred) help energize the organization and deliver sustainable

Qualifications

• Completed technical or business management bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Black Belt Certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and guide improvement projects that drive growth and control.
• Support development of strategic/operational goals for NAA.
• Lead large improvement programs and optimize the improvement structure.
• Implement lean management methods (e.g., standard work for leaders, 6S, Kaizen workshops, value stream mapping, SMED).
• Train and coach colleagues in Lean Production methods to support goal achievement.
