Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a senior‑level skilled team in a manufacturing setting. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while coordinating with other departments to reduce downtime and improve process efficiency.

You will promote Lean practices, guide team performance, and ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards as you help deliver on production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing production environment.
• Industrial engineering or similar preferred.
• Able to read and communicate in English is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
