Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in production/manufacturing, preferably electronics/high-tech.
• Experience optimizing production processes and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production line operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve cost-effectiveness.
• Provide technical support and diagnose production equipment issues.
• Collaborate with QA and safety to ensure compliance and documentation.
