Job summary

Crestcollective is seeking a facilitator who guides leadership programs and supports organization development in the maritime, offshore and energy sectors. You will facilitate programs in Personal Leadership, Collaborative Leadership and Thought Leadership, and help participants translate insights into their day-to-day practice.

You will collaborate with colleagues, clients and teams on questions about collaboration, leadership and change, revealing patterns and translating development questions

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience independently facilitating groups and learning or change processes.
• Ability to adapt and work with what emerges in a group while keeping program backbone.
• Curiosity about behaviour and the wider organizational context.
• Strong connection with pragmatic, technically minded professionals.
• Willingness to help build an growing, changing organization.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership programs and organization development programs in Dutch and English; programs typically run for nine months.
• Explore development questions with clients and colleagues and translate them into suitable programs and interventions.
• Create a learning environment where participants share experiences, challenge each other, and apply insights.
• Continue to develop existing programs and design new ones with colleagues.
• Align expectations, progress and next steps clearly with clients and other stakeholders.
