Job summary

You will engage senior audiences, apply adult learning principles, and drive continuous improvement with data insights to maximize impact across regions.

Qualifications

• Solid experience across learning operations, facilitation, leadership development, instructional design, or related L&D roles.
• Experience facilitating corporate learning experiences, including senior audiences.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and cross‑cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the EMEA programme owner for core learning and leadership development programmes.
• Shape and evolve learning solutions within an enterprise portfolio to meet regional needs.
• Partner with HR, People Solutions, and leaders to identify learning needs and deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead programme planning, governance, budgets and delivery milestones for initiatives.
• Use learner insights and data to influence portfolio decisions.
