Job summary

Arvato in Lelystad, Flevoland is seeking a Supervisor to lead a warehouse department within our Tech division. You will drive daily operations, performance, and improvements, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and shaping the operation from day one.

We operate in a dynamic, international setting with automation, data and systems at the core. Prior experience in logistics and SAP/ERP is valued; driver’s license and transport are essential for site duties.

Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, or several years as an Assistant Supervisor/Teamleader.
• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/WMS systems.
• Willing to work in shifts (including temporary night periods).
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to improve processes and work with data.

Responsibilities

Lelystad, Flevoland | €2.607 – €4.164 | 40 hours | 2 Shifts | TFT

As a Supervisor, you\'ll play a key role in the successful implementation and launch of Arvato\u2019s newest 80,000 m² location in Lelystad, within our Tech division. You\'ll lead your team in the daily warehouse operation, drive operational performance, and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. This is a role where you don\'t just manage the operation; you help shape it from day one.

YOUR TASKS

As a Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and optimizing one of our warehouse departments. You ensure daily operational KPIs are achieved while continuously developing your team and driving operational excellence. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and developing your operational team;


• Monitoring and steering daily KPIs related to productivity, quality, and planning;


• Leading daily stand-up meetings and coordinating workforce planning with the Workforce Planning team;

You will work in a two-shift operation with early and late weekday shifts. In return for working shifts, you will receive an additional shift allowance.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a strong and motivated Supervisor who enjoys working in a logistics environment. You are able to communicate professionally and understand the importance of representing the business appropriately when interacting with the customer on site.
