Qualifications

• Completion of vocational training in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with leadership.
• Certified in Social Hygiene.
• Knowledge of HACCP and allergen regulations.

Responsibilities

• The sushi station is your domain, where you prepare the most delicious and beautifully crafted sushi and sashimi dishes.
• Contribute creatively with new and surprising ingredients while keeping an eye on the latest sushi trends locally and internationally.
• Handle mise-en-place tasks, such as filleting fish.
• Monitor inventory to ensure freshness and flavor of products.
• Teach and mentor trainee chefs.
