Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Italian cuisine passion with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Leads with confidence, motivates team, and supports the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintains high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
• Delivers exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food and teamwork.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and stays calm under pressure.
