Job summary

Adyen is seeking an Engineering Manager for Regulatory Reporting Data to lead a cross-functional team in delivering accurate and auditable regulatory reporting products. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and product teams to translate evolving regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions.

You will drive the Adyen Formula in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines, data quality, and scalability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading engineering teams; 5+ years in software or data engineering.
• Strong background in Java or Python and large-scale data pipelines.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions.
• Experience collaborating with Compliance, Legal and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
• Balance roadmap, technical debt, and regulatory changes.
• Mentor engineers and plan headcount.
• Provide architectural direction for data platforms.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and auditability of reports.
