Job summary

Adyen is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Regulatory Reporting group to lead a cross-functional team delivering accurate, auditable reporting. You will translate evolving regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions and set a new standard for regulatory reporting across the company.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and product teams, driving fast iterations within deadlines while maintaining high data quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading engineering teams
• 5+ years hands-on Software or Data Engineering
• Regulatory reporting experience is a plus, not required

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver accurate, timely regulatory reporting
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and product teams to translate evolving regulatory requirements into robust engineering solutions
• Define and drive the Adyen Formula by launching fast and iterating based on real-world feedback under strict deadlines for regulatory submissions
• Partner with product and compliance peers to lead prioritization and roadmapping while balancing technical debt and regulatory changes
• Mentor and grow engineering talent, managing headcount and team development
• Provide architectural direction for large-scale data and software engineering projects to ensure scalable, secure, and auditable solutions
