Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group in the Netherlands is seeking a registered pharmacist to lead daily pharmacy operations, validate prescriptions, and ensure safe delivery of medicines to patients. The role emphasizes compliance with Dutch laws, online pharmacy requirements, and company policies as the network expands.

You will supervise staff, mentor a culture of teamwork, and provide expert advice to patients and professionals while conducting audits and supporting IGJ inspections.

Qualifications

• BIG registration in the Netherlands (openbaar apotheker).
• Strong understanding of Dutch pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy management or supervisory role; online pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Commitment to patient care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including prescription validation, dispensing and safe delivery of medicines.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch pharmacy laws and online pharmacy requirements.
• Verify prescriptions and conduct medication surveillance.
• Manage inventory, including stock and cold-chain storage.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff to promote teamwork.
• Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct audits and act as main contact for IGJ inspections.
