Job summary

HeliosX Group seeks an experienced Pharmacist to lead the day-to-day operations of a new Netherlands-based pharmacy serving German customers initially and Dutch patients later. You will ensure regulatory compliance, quality in dispensing, and a safe, scalable digital pharmacy environment.

The role is non-patient facing, focusing on clinical accuracy, governance, and operational leadership during setup and scale. Pair with an in-house pharmacist to maintain governance and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Completed pharmacy training and valid BIG registration.
• Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
• Experience with dynamic pharmacy environments.
• Thorough knowledge of Dutch pharmacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of the new Dutch pharmacy.
• Oversee a team of Pharmacy Assistants.
• Ensure clinical governance and safeguarding dispensing quality.
• Promote a strong safety culture in a fast-moving digital pharmacy.
• Lead during setup, launch and ongoing scale.
