Job summary

HeliosX Group in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced pharmacist to support the day-to-day operation of our new pharmacy, initially serving the German customer base before expanding to Dutch patients and the wider EU market next year.

You will help oversee a team of Pharmacy Assistants and collaborate with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure clinical governance, safeguard dispensing quality, and foster a strong safety culture in a fast-moving digital pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Completed pharmacy training.
• Valid BIG registration as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
• Experience working in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and supervise a team of Pharmacy Assistants.
• Work with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure clinical governance and safe dispensing.
• Establish a strong safety culture across a fast-moving digital pharmacy operation.
• This is a non-patient facing role focused on regulatory compliance and operational leadership during setup, launch and scale.
