Job summary

HeliosX is establishing a new pharmacy in the Netherlands to initially serve our German customer base, with plans to expand to Dutch patients and the EU market next year. The role focuses on clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational leadership during setup, launch, and scale.

You will oversee a team of Pharmacy Assistants and work with the Responsible Pharmacist to ensure dispensing quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Completed pharmacy training.
• Valid BIG registration as a pharmacist.
• Minimum of 6 months of pharmacy experience.
• Experience with working in a dynamic pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the new Netherlands pharmacy.
• Supervise a team of Pharmacy Assistants and coordinate with the Responsible Pharmacist.
• Ensure clinical governance and safeguard dispensing quality.
• Establish a strong safety culture in a fast-moving digital pharmacy setting.
• Maintain regulatory compliance for ongoing setup, launch and scale.
