Job summary

McFly & Brown in Rotterdam seeks a pharmacist with GDP/regulatory leadership to act as Responsible Person for the Netherlands. You will combine team management with safeguarding product quality across distribution, supply chain, and external partners.

You bring a university degree in Pharmacy and RP experience, plus fluency in Dutch and English. You will lead the QA agenda, drive CAPA, recalls, audits, and regulatory interactions with authorities in a dynamic consumer healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with GDP-regulated QA experience.
• Experience as RP or Deputy RP is required.
• People management capability and stakeholder influence.
• Strong knowledge of Benelux regulatory framework.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality agenda and develop the team.
• Oversee quality across distribution, supply chain, and external partners.
• Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.
• Lead deviations, CAPA, recalls and audits; ensure inspection readiness.
• Serve as Responsible Person for the Netherlands.
