Job summary

Atida Plus BV in Venlo seeks a Lead Pharmacist (Gevestigd Apotheker) responsible for on-site pharmacy activities and IGJ registration, enabling lawful dispensing of prescription medicines under Dutch law.

You will work closely with the Pharma Operations team in Berlin as the central on-site pharmaceutical interface with full autonomous decision-making authority within legal boundaries and EU GDP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: BIG register pharmacist licence and Gevestigd Apotheker registration or eligibility.
• Experience in high-volume/mail-order or cross-border pharmacy helpful.
• Knowledge of Dutch pharmacy law and EU GDP recommended.

Responsibilities

• Registration and maintenance of Gevestigd Apotheker status in the IGJ register.
• Lawful dispensing and storage of medicines per Geneesmiddelenwet.
• Quality assurance of all on-site pharmaceutical processes.
• Signing and releasing pharmaceutical documents.
• Managing pharmacy assistants and coaching the team.
• On-site IGJ contact during inspections and inquiries.
• Contribute to scalable Pharmaceutical Service Centre concept.
• Ensure Wet BIG, EU GDP, KNMP NAN compliance.
