Atida Plus BV in Venlo zoekt een Lead Pharmacist die de volledige farmaceutische verantwoordelijkheid draagt voor onze internetapotheek. Je staat ingeschreven als gevestigd apotheker in het IGJ-register en levert medicijnen volgens de Geneesmiddelenwet.

Je werkt nauw samen met ons Pharma Operations-team in Berlijn en hebt volledige autonome beslissingsbevoegdheid op basis van het Nederlandse recht. Je begeleidt het team van apothekersassistenten, borgt kwaliteit en compliance met BIG-wet, EU-GDP

Qualifications

• BIG-registratie als apotheker
• Inschrijving IGJ-register of directe registreerbaarheid
• Vloeiend Nederlands
• Ervaring in leidinggeven aan apotheek
• Kennis Nederlands geneesmiddelenrecht en EU-GDP
• Engels goed; Duits is een voordeel

OVER DE FUNCTIE / ABOUT THE ROLE

[Nederlands] Als Lead Pharmacist bij Atida Plus BV draag je de volledige farmaceutische verantwoordelijkheid voor onze internetapotheek in Venlo. Je staat officieel ingeschreven als gevestigd apotheker in het IGJ-register en vormt daarmee de wettelijk verplichte basis voor de aflevering van receptplichtige (UR) en apotheekplichtige (UA) geneesmiddelen aan onze patiënten. Je werkt nauw samen met ons Pharma Operations-team (Atida NE, Berlijn) en bent de centrale farmaceutische schakel op locatie — met volledige autonome beslissingsbevoegdheid op grond van het Nederlands recht (Wet BIG, Geneesmiddelenwet).

[English] As Lead Pharmacist at Atida Plus BV, you will bear full pharmaceutical responsibility for our mail-order pharmacy in Venlo. You will be officially registered as Gevestigd Apotheker in the IGJ register, thereby providing the legally required basis for dispensing prescription (UR) and pharmacy-only (UA) medicines to our patients. You will work closely with our Pharma Operations team (Atida NE, Berlin) and act as the central on-site pharmaceutical interface — with full autonomous decision-making authority under Dutch law (Wet BIG, Geneesmiddelenwet).

JOUW TAKEN / YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Registratie en handhaving van de status als gevestigd apotheker in het IGJ-register (dwingend vereiste voor de legale apotheekexploitatie)
• Rechtmatige aflevering en opslag van geneesmiddelen conform de Geneesmiddelenwet (Gnw)
• Kwaliteitsborging van alle farmaceutische processen op locatie
• Ondertekening en vrijgave van farmaceutische documenten
• Functionele en hiërarchische leiding over de apothekersassistenten (NL-apothekersassistenten)
• Opleiding, coaching en professionele ontwikkeling van het team
• Primair aanspreekpunt op locatie voor de IGJ bij inspecties en farmaceutische vragen
• Bijdragen aan een toekomstgericht en schaalbaar Farmaceutisch Servicecentrum-concept waarbij de patiënt werkelijk centraal staat
• Waarborgen van compliance met de Wet BIG, EU-GDP en KNMP NAN-normen

• Lawful dispensing and storage of medicines in accordance with the Geneesmiddelenwet (Gnw)
• Quality assurance of all pharmaceutical processes on-site
• Signing and releasing pharmaceutical documents
• Functional and disciplinary management of pharmacy assistants (NL PTAs)
• Training, coaching and professional development of the team
• Primary on-site contact for the IGJ during inspections and pharmaceutical enquiries
• Contributing to a forward-looking and scalable Pharmaceutical Service Centre concept that genuinely places the patient at the centre
• Ensuring compliance with Wet BIG, EU GDP and KNMP NAN standards

WAT JE MEEBRENGT / WHAT YOU BRING

Dwingend vereist:

• BIG-registratie als apotheker
• Inschrijving als gevestigd apotheker in het IGJ-register (of directe registreerbaarheid)
• Vloeiend Nederlands

Profil:

• Ervaring in het leiden van een apotheek, bij voorkeur in een internet-, hoog-volume- of grensapotheek
• Gedegen kennis van het Nederlands geneesmiddelenrecht (Geneesmiddelenwet, Wet BIG, Wkkgz) en de EU-GDP-regelgeving
• Bij voorkeur: inschrijving in het KNMP Specialistenregister Openbaar Apothekers
• Ervaring met het leidinggeven aan farmaceutische teams
• Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels; kennis van het Duits is een groot voordeel (overwegend Duitstalig patiëntenbestand)
• Hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en lokale beslissingsbevoegdheid
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden — zowel binnen het team op locatie als met collega's op afstand in Berlijn

Mandatory requirements:

• Pharmacist licence (BIG register)
• Registration as Gevestigd Apotheker in the IGJ register (or immediate eligibility)
• Fluent Dutch

Profile:

• Experience in pharmacy operations, ideally in a mail-order, high-volume or cross-border pharmacy environment
• Sound knowledge of Dutch pharmacy law (Geneesmiddelenwet, Wet BIG, Wkkgz) and EU GDP regulations
• Preferred: registration in the KNMP Specialistenregister Openbaar Apothekers
• Experience in leading pharmaceutical teams
• Excellent English skills; German skills a significant advantage (predominantly German-speaking patient base)
• High degree of personal accountability and local decision-making authority
• Strong communication skills — within the on-site team and with remote colleagues in Berlin
