As we expand our services, we are seeking a Responsible Pharmacist to oversee pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Role Overview

As the Responsible Pharmacist in our Amsterdam branch, you will play a crucial role in managing the pharmacy's operations while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and compliance with all relevant regulations. You will collaborate with a talented team to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care while supporting our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including the dispensing of medications and patient safety measures.
  • Ensure compliance with Dutch pharmacy laws and regulations, as well as Medetone policies and standards.
  • Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock management and procurement processes.
  • Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and guidance to customers and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance checks to maintain high operational standards.
Qualifications
  • Registered Pharmacist in the Netherlands (BIG registration).
  • Strong understanding of Dutch pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy management or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
