Job summary

Energy Job Shop seeks an experienced Offshore Deck Foreman for the Hercules, a DP3 Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible operating offshore Newfoundland. You will supervise deck operations, including loading, unloading, and mobilizing drilling equipment, and participate in physical work.

Candidates should have extensive offshore leadership experience, crane operation ability, and pass required safety checks; you will perform first-line crane maintenance and support a safe, compliant work environment

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience as a Deck Foreman on a 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible.
• 2 years experience as a Crane Operator on a 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible.
• 6 years experience in a role on a 6th Generation Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible.
• 2 years experience with Liebherr BOS 4200-80 and MH Knuckle Boom Cranes.
• Experience with crane maintenance including crane wire changing procedures.
• Stage 3 Crane Certificate or equivalent.
• Structured and organized mindset.
• High level of integrity.
• Good verbal and written communication in English.

• Oversee loading, unloading, and mobilization of drilling equipment.
• Participate in physical work and first-line crane maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operation procedures.
