Job summary

Offshore Wind Logistics B.V. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to drive performance of two DP2 Fallpipe vessels in an active offshore environment.

You will combine day‑to‑day operations with structural improvements, bridging commercial and execution teams to deliver on client commitments. Lead the operations team, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Works Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar role overseeing projects and teams.
• Decisive, communicatively strong, able to challenge stakeholders when needed.
• Ability to take ownership, bring structure, and grow into broader operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance of two DP2 Fallpipe Vessels.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Translate client requirements into actionable execution plans.
• Bridge commercial agreements and operational delivery during tender and execution phases.
• Lead the operational team including superintendents with clear structure and responsibilities.
• Drive professionalisation by standardising processes and ways of working.
• Emphasise safety, quality, and compliance in all activities.
