Job summary

A company in superyacht construction is looking for a Mechanical Supervisor in the Rotterdam area. The ideal candidate has a technical education in mechanical engineering, a minimum of 5 years of related experience, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is required. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in leading or coordinating a technical team.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of approximately 10 technicians on board superyachts.
• Coordinate mechanical activities with co‑builders and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
