Job summary

Elity Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to scale and evolve critical infrastructure enabling a fast‑paced trading platform. You will partner with engineering and operations leaders to deliver large, complex programs spanning data centers, hardware, and network connectivity.

You will own program frameworks, drive delivery excellence, and ensure rigorous risk management and quality standards while supporting global growth and reliability across multi‑site environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering or technical program management experience in a high‑performance setting.
• Strong understanding of data centers, compute, storage, and networking systems.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale infrastructure or hardware programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global infrastructure programs across data centres, hardware, and networks.
• Define scope, manage dependencies, and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Build and maintain program frameworks to track progress, manage risk, and improve delivery predictability.
• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure planning, capacity management, and operations processes.
• Ensure alignment between infrastructure, development, and trading stakeholders for global expansion.
