Job summary

Dentsu Creative Amsterdam is seeking a Lead Experience Designer who combines exceptional UI craft with strong motion and prototyping skills. You’ll shape websites, apps and digital services, while guiding other designers and shaping our experience design practice.

You’ll work with strategists, creatives, UX designers, developers and AI specialists to turn ambitious ideas into distinctive digital experiences, setting direction across projects and ensuring high standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent UI craft with a strong sense for typography, composition and detail.
• Strong motion and prototyping skills with examples showing ideas in action.
• Experience building scalable design systems and using Figma for design work.

Responsibilities

• Set visual and interaction direction for websites, apps, and digital services.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems across projects.
• Create interactive prototypes to explore how experiences feel and behave.
• Introduce motion, 3D and AI to enhance usability and engagement.
• Lead and mentor other designers through reviews and feedback.
• Present work to clients and collaborate with developers to realize the ambition.
