Job summary

Dentsu Creative Amsterdam is seeking an Experience Designer (AI) to shape digital journeys from discovery to polished interfaces. You will work inside the client's Experience Team while staying part of Dentsu Creative, blending agency support with hands-on product work.

You’ll split your time between the client's Amsterdam office and Dentsu Creative offices, with a flexible setup to stay close to teams. Expect experimentation with AI tools to accelerate prototyping and improve usability.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX or Experience Designer in product or platform teams.
• Strong understanding of interaction and visual design principles.
• Ability to work from discovery to delivery: flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI.
• Comfortable in multidisciplinary teams and open to critique and collaboration.
• Care about usability and accessibility.
• Strong communication; English and Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces across web, app, TV, and CRM tools.
• Use AI tools like Copilot and Figma Make to prototype and explore ideas.
• Collaborate with Service Design, Product, Development, and Copywriting to shape user journeys.
• Apply and extend the design system using Figma and Frontify.
• Iterate based on user feedback, data, and testing.
