Job summary

Chordify seeks a Team Lead for Engagement & Retention in the Netherlands. You will lead a 9-person, cross-functional team across marketing, product, and user research to build habits and keep users engaged with Chordify.

You’ll partner with the Product Owner to craft quarterly strategy, coach team members, and translate data into concrete experiments and roadmaps. This role blends leadership with analytics and strategic influence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in marketing, product, user research, or commerce.
• Solid background in B2C or subscription-based environments.
• Located in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a multi-disciplinary team of 9 people focused on engagement and retention.
• Co-create the 4-quarter rolling strategy for the E&R team with PO and leadership.
• Own team dynamics and growth, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Advise Chordify's leadership on E&R topics with a business perspective and product insight.
• Analyze user behavior with the team and translate insights into experiments and roadmap items.
• Drive a culture of learning by testing hypotheses and iterating on results.
• In the first 100 days, map the current E&R state and draft a quarterly roadmap.
