Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years in compensation, sales compensation, rewards, or related function.
- Minimum 5 years designing, implementing, and administering sales incentive plans.
- Minimum 3 years leading and developing teams.
- Experience with multinational organizations and incentive systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales compensation strategy across EMEA and Latin America.
- Design and improve sales incentive plans aligned with business goals.
- Develop compensation frameworks, governance, and annual plan strategies.
- Own data management, analytics, reporting, and compliance for compensation.
- Create dashboards and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead incentive compensation technologies and related processes.
- Direct regional compensation projects, launches, and changes.
- Communicate and train stakeholders on compensation programs.
