Job summary

Enter Group in Eindhoven seeks an Embedded System Owner to lead the hardware and software development of embedded control units for BEV and PHEV powertrains. You will coordinate cross-functional engineering activities, run risk analyses, and ensure projects stay aligned with architecture while actively engaging suppliers and partners across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a technical field related to automotive engineering or embedded systems.
• 3+ years in control or embedded system development, preferably automotive.
• 2+ years in a coordinating technical role; project lead experience is an advantage.
• Experience with supplier management and external engineering partners.
• Knowledge of V-cycle development processes; DFSS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hardware and software development for embedded systems in BEV/PHEV powertrains.
• Define risk analyses and validation plans; monitor project plans for hardware and software.
• Ensure alignment of technical definitions with architectures and strategies; address discrepancies.
• Manage suppliers and coordinate activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-disciplinary meetings and report on Quality, Cost, Timing, and Performance.
