Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of total retail experience, with a preference for store leadership roles.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to empower and achieve team results.
• Excellent communication in local language and English (written and verbal).
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to consumers using the C.H.A.R.M. service model.
• Establish and nurture relationships with consumers, team members, and the community.
• Lead the store team in meeting and exceeding performance metrics (sales, service, charms).
• Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet store deadlines; follow up on daily activities.
• Create an enjoyable team environment encouraging ideas and concerns sharing.
• Learn and assist in various departments: consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, stock room management.
• Support team members in daily operations: POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty promotions, cleanliness and recovery standards.
• Adhere to Asset Protection policies: shortage prevention, inventory control and compliance.
