Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service to customers using Crocs C.H.A.R.M. model.
• Lead and support a small store team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Coordinate daily activities including stock, pricing, and planograms.
• Assist in multiple departments: consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, stock room.
• Adhere to asset protection policies and inventory controls.
