Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Team Lead Control Room for its Bleiswijk-based operation. You will guide a 10-person team, optimize control-room workflows, and coordinate with operations to assure smooth daily logistics.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics, leadership experience, and strong English skills. The company offers a gross monthly salary between €2,946 and €4,187 plus 8% holiday pay, a one-year contract with potential permanent employment, shift allowances, 200 vacation hours, travel

Qualifications

Associates’ or bachelor’s degree in a logistics or technical field.
At least 5 years of work experience in a dynamic logistics environment.
Experience as a team leader managing a team of professionals.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Coaching and leading a team of Equipment Control Room Specialists, Operational Control Room Specialists, and Process Control Room Specialists.
Advising operations on how to deploy people and resources efficiently.
Maintaining an overview of the systems to safeguard process flow.
Communicating between operations, MHE partners, and the control room.
Safe startup and maintenance of systems including WCS and WMS.
Contributing to improved machine and warehouse performance.
Testing new/modified equipment for system variables.
Identifying patterns in machine malfunctions.
