Job summary

ASML is seeking a Principal Infrastructure Researcher in the Netherlands to define and execute the infrastructure strategy for cutting-edge hybrid bonding research. You will shape the infrastructure roadmap, translate technology needs into investments, and ensure an adaptable experimental environment for validating future lithography tools.

You will lead the realization of bonding facilities and labs, define equipment requirements, coordinate procurement and deployment, and manage collaborations

Responsibilities

• Define infrastructure roadmap for advanced hybrid bonding research.
• Lead the realization of bonding research facilities, labs, and demonstrator environments.
• Specify requirements for bonding, cleaning, plasma activation, CMP, wafer handling, and related equipment.
• Coordinate procurement, installation, qualification, and operational readiness of equipment.
• Collaborate with external technology partners, universities, and industrial partners.
