Job summary

Hug Engineering AG in Enschede, Netherlands, is seeking an experienced mechanical engineer to lead the design and integration of skid-mounted exhaust aftertreatment systems. Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering or comparable is required.
• At least 3 years of professional experience designing skid-mounted systems.
• Experience with 3D CAD software and structured BOM management is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities with a focus on project management, aligning internal teams, customers and suppliers.
• Own design and integration of skid-mounted exhaust aftertreatment systems, including layout and interface management.
• Develop project-specific CAD layouts for the aftertreatment system.
• Create project-specific technical documentation (SDS, P&ID, electrical schematics, network diagrams).
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (UL, ASME, AWS, DIN, EN, ISO).
