Job summary

Gramian Consulting Group, a Big4 consultancy client, seeks a Senior Delivery Lead / Product Owner to drive day-to-day enterprise AI initiatives. You will manage agile delivery, backlog ownership, and stakeholder relationships across European client projects, with a focus on alignment between business priorities and technical execution.

Fluent English and Dutch are required, with the role based in Europe (preferably the Netherlands) and occasional client visits.

Qualifications

Senior-level experience in delivery management, product ownership, project management, or agile delivery.
Proven ability to run complex enterprise technology projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with backlogs, user stories, sprint planning, and release roadmaps.
Experience delivering AI/LLMs integrated enterprise processes.
Strong client-facing skills and status reporting abilities.
Experience coordinating distributed teams across regions.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day agile delivery across AI project workstreams.
Run sprints, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Serve as Product Owner, prioritising backlog, user stories, and release roadmap.
Act as main operational contact for Dutch client stakeholders.
Provide progress updates, delivery status, and risk visibility.
Bridge communication between regional technical squads and business/compliance teams.
Coordinate resource planning, timelines, and risk-mitigation actions.
Oversee client sign-off and release-readiness activities.
Ensure delivery aligns with business priorities and milestones.
