Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Commercial Vehicle After-Sales Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training for customers, service partners, and internal teams. You will lead programs focused on diagnostics, maintenance, repair procedures, and product knowledge for trucks, buses, and related equipment.

This role requires hands-on demonstrations, both on-site and virtual sessions, collaboration with engineering and support teams, and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Automotive Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial vehicle after-sales service or technical training.
• Strong knowledge of engines, transmissions, electrical systems, diagnostics tools, and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in English; travel within EU is required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training modules for commercial vehicles, including diagnostics and maintenance.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual training to service technicians and dealership staff.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to keep content up to date.
• Create hands-on demonstrations and simulations to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Maintain training records and report on participation and certification progress.
