Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM, with 3–4 years of site activation leadership and global scope in a CRO environment. This role directs Site Start-Up deliverables across countries, ensuring activation-ready sites on time and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

You'll collaborate with Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing teams, manage timelines, report risks, and mentor junior SSU staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRO/pharma development is required.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial start-up processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Start-Up deliverables globally or regionally to ensure activation-ready sites on time.
• Develop SSU timelines and report risk plans to the PM and SSU leadership.
• Mentor less experienced Site Activation Managers.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Contracts, SSU Country Managers, Project Management, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing.
