Job summary

You will manage site activation activities, ensure training and onboarding, allocate resources to clinical research projects, and drive quality improvements while maintaining GCP/ICH compliance and strong staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–7 years of relevant experience in clinical operations or line management.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff delivering site activation activities following policies and regulations.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; monitor performance and development.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new employees.
• Allocate resources to clinical research projects based on staff experience.
• Review work quality and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH and regulatory guidelines.
