Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Scientific discipline or health care preferred.
• Line management experience is mandatory.
• Typical requires a minimum of 3-7 years of prior relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff delivery of site activation activities in line with policy and regulations.
• Plans, assigns and directs work; assesses performance and guides professional development.
• Oversees training plans, onboarding and training experiences for staff.
• Participates in allocation of resources to clinical research projects based on staff experience and training.
