Terramira is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to shape our learning strategy and deliver engaging employee experiences. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to develop learning solutions and an organization-wide onboarding program.

During the 6-month internship in Amersfoort, you will design training frameworks connected to performance goals, research trends, and translate insights into practical programs, while receiving mentorship from senior HR professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completing Bachelor's in HR, L&D, or related field.
• Strong interest in learning, talent development and employee experiences.
• Creative and analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into actions.
