Job summary

Monday Merch in Rotterdam is seeking an HR & Office Management Intern to support the Head of HR and help shape the employee experience across the full lifecycle. This hands-on role participates in onboarding, engagement, culture initiatives, and HR process improvements from day one.

You will gain exposure to the full 360° HR cycle in a fast-growing scale-up and contribute to onboarding, documentation, and employee experiences while handling information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required for daily communication with a diverse team.
• Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Interest in HR and employee experience with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to take ownership and contribute ideas for process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle with confidentiality.
• Assist onboarding, documentation, and HR processes to improve experience.
• Support recruitment activities including scheduling and candidate communication.
• Contribute to culture and workplace initiatives and events.
