Terramira is seeking a Learning & Development Intern to shape our learning strategy and deliver engaging employee experiences. You will work with HR and business stakeholders to develop learning solutions and an organization-wide onboarding program.

During the 6-month internship in Amersfoort, you will design training frameworks connected to performance goals, research trends, and translate insights into practical programs, while receiving mentorship from senior HR professionals.

About the Internship

Are you passionate about learning, talent development, and creating engaging employee experiences? We are looking for a proactive and innovative Learning & Development Intern to help shape the future of learning within our organization.

During this internship, you will play a key role in developing our learning vision and creating innovative learning solutions that support employee growth and performance.

What You Will Do

As our Learning & Development Intern, you will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to:

• Develop a future-focused vision for learning and development within the organization.
• Research learning trends, best practices, and innovative learning methodologies.
• Translate business and people needs into practical learning initiatives.

Onboarding Program Development

• Design and implement an organization-wide onboarding program aligned with our culture, values, and business objectives.
• Map employee onboarding journeys for different functions and employee groups.
• Create onboarding materials, resources, and learning experiences that accelerate employee integration and performance.

Learning & Performance Development

• Analyze our performance management cycle and identify learning opportunities that support employee development.
• Design a structured training and development framework linked to performance goals and career growth.
• Recommend learning pathways and development programs for employees at different stages of their careers.

What We Are Looking For

• You are currently in your third of last year of your Bachelor's in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in employee development and organizational learning.
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative learning solutions.
• Analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
