Job summary

JP Gray is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to drive global knowledge programs across a hybrid Amsterdam base. You will coordinate with global teams to structure, govern and improve content quality and usability.

You will lead initiatives that improve findability, adoption and governance while partnering with experts to translate strategy into practical knowledge solutions and AI-enabled enhancements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Knowledge Management, Information Management or related discipline.
• Proven ability to work in global, fast-paced environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical knowledge solutions.
• Experience improving content quality and information architecture.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead knowledge management initiatives and workstreams that support broader organisational objectives.
• Partner with subject matter experts, content owners and business stakeholders to improve knowledge processes.
• Improve how knowledge is captured, maintained, shared and accessed.
• Develop and strengthen content standards, governance frameworks and quality controls.
• Advise stakeholders on content structure, usability and accessibility best practices.
• Improve knowledge findability, search experience and user adoption.
• Support the implementation and adoption of new knowledge management tools and processes.
• Track performance metrics and use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote knowledge-sharing behaviours and collaborative ways of working across teams.
• Contribute to AI-ready knowledge management capabilities and scalable knowledge practices.
