Zusammenfassung

Keenfinity invites a motivated student to join the Product training and knowledge department. You will create web-based e-learning trainings, convert PowerPoint decks into interactive modules, and help document technical configurations for our cameras and showroom infrastructure.

Based in Eindhoven, you will receive mentorship, work in an international team, and have the option to work from home one day per week while gaining hands-on industry experience.

Qualifikationen

• Familiar with IP concepts and networking basics.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to learn from training materials.

• Transform and optimize PowerPoint presentations into engaging e-learning modules.

• Lead translation of training materials for a pilot country.
• Test products and create technical videos and trainings to show configuration steps.
• Assist with installation and configuration of network and showroom infrastructure.

Job Description

The Product training and knowledge department (MKK) is part of the Marketing organization. Our department define and maintains the complete product training portfolio for Video systems products but is also responsible for all technical product introductions.

Our mission is to enable customers, end-users, key influencers and internal associates to deeply understand unique value proposition, competitive advantage as well as technical features of our products and to solve project related problems. We also ensure customer certification requirements.

Next to this, we also ensure that our showroom is always equipped with the newest equipment to provide the best experience for our customers.

Key Responsibility: Creation of technical training content for online trainings in our Academy as also technical How To videos. The installation and configuration of the network and hardware of our new showroom.

Key Responsibilities

During your internship you will create attractive interactive e-learning trainings. These trainings will be fully web based.

• Training in our e-learning software Articulate.
• Transform and optimize PowerPoint presentations into attractive and interactive e-learning trainings.
• Managing and driving time-schedule; u Managing and driving approvals;
• You will get a pilot country to support with the translation of the training.
• Test products and help create technical videos and training to explain to our customer how to configure our cameras
• Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new showroom
• Help with the installation and configuration of the network and infrastructure of our new training center

Qualifications

We are looking for a student:

• Level of Education: MBO/HBO
• Basic IP knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Requirements

• You have a nationality of an EU member state or if not, you are a student at a Dutch university.
• You must be available for at least 6 months.
• You can work at our office in Eindhoven.
• You are based in the Netherlands, preferably in Eindhoven.
