Job summary

Planet seeks a Knowledge Management & AI Agent Manager to oversee the acquisition, organization, sharing, and maintenance of Planet’s knowledge base. You will align KM with AI Agent strategies to deliver accurate recommendations and close content gaps, working with engineering, product, and education teams.

This full-time hybrid role requires attendance at either Berlin or Haarlem offices three days per week, and you’ll help ensure information related to product releases, issues, and best

Qualifications

• 4+ years of knowledge management and technical writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and NLP.
• Experience creating/using AI Agents and familiarity with AI agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge acquisition, organization, and Knowledge Base management.
• Knowledge Management Strategy and Implementation.
• AI Agent management including monitoring, review, and optimization of agent responses to improve accuracy and relevance.
• AI Customer and User Engagement.
• Design, scope and create custom AI Agents.
• Ethical KM/AI Practices.
• Translate complex information into clear language for diverse audiences.
• Data Management and Governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, Customer Success, sales, and product management.
