Job summary

Spielbach, a division of Aemeralds, seeks a highly ambitious Kids Music & Content Manager to help build the division. You will identify new opportunities, develop concepts, and turn them into finished music and content across markets.

You will coordinate songwriters, producers, studios, animators, illustrators and video teams across multiple countries. This is a hands-on role with potential to grow into leadership and build a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in children’s entertainment, music, or digital content.
• Strong understanding of international children’s music market.
• Excellent musical judgement and ability to give clear feedback to creators.
• Experience managing creative projects with tight deadlines.
• Excellent English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Research the international children’s market and identify opportunities.
• Develop proposals for new music and content projects based on market potential.
• Manage 2–3 large projects and 15–20 smaller releases.
• Make A&R decisions and work with songwriters, producers and studios.
• Provide detailed creative feedback on songwriting, arrangements and vocals.
• Coordinate studios, animators, editors, and freelancers across countries.
• Build production schedules and manage budgets to meet deadlines.
