Impala Studios in Haarlem, Netherlands is seeking a Senior Growth Manager & Studio Lead to drive growth for the Piano App and oversee cross-functional strategies. This full-time hybrid role allows for a flexible schedule with a strong emphasis on both ownership and execution.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in mobile app growth marketing. Offering a competitive salary between €5100 - €6250 gross per month, the position also includes 28 paid vacation days and access to training programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile app growth marketing.
• Experience with end-to-end growth strategy and execution.
• Ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.
• Solid experience with subscription-based revenue models.
• Comfortable operating autonomously with senior-level responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GTM strategies for the Music Studio.
• Lead acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies.
• Set and own growth strategy and marketing roadmap.
• Analyze performance data to inform growth initiatives.
• Lead a cross-functional growth squad with hands-on involvement.
