Sizzer is seeking a Music Producer / A&R to lead the creative engine behind our music productions for moving image. You will independently manage multiple projects from briefing to final edit, collaborating with clients, directors, editors and our roster of composers.

We value a strong ear for music in advertising, with 4–6 years of experience and proven ability to translate briefs into compelling musical stories. You’ll join a collaborative, international team at our Amsterdam base.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience as a music producer in the advertising industry.
• Experience with productions for moving images or ads.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative process of multiple music productions from briefing to final edit.
• Communicate with clients, directors, editors and stakeholders to guide the project.
• Scout new composers, producers, vocalists and expand the talent roster.
• Ensure music aligns with film timing, emotion, and brief.
• Take ownership and drive the project to meet tight deadlines.
