Job summary

CHEP Benelux Nederland BV is seeking a Field Service Executive (FSE) within the Key Retail team in the Netherlands. You will manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of retail accounts, partnering with a Key Account Manager to ensure excellent service and commercial success, and drive improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational contact for a portfolio of retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customer operational teams and distribution centre stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Support customer meetings, business reviews, and performance discussions.
• Proactively monitor account performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze customer and asset-flow data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risks.
• Drive corrective actions to improve asset recovery, reduce losses, and optimise cycle times.
• Conduct regular visits to customer distribution centres and operational sites.
• Observe and assess operational processes related to CHEP asset handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Commercial Sales.
• Take ownership of resolving customer issues and driving actions to completion.
• Act as an internal advocate for customers while balancing business priorities.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the broader Retail team.
