Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager for our Maastricht location. You will lead staffing, training, and development, manage operations, inventory, and customer experience, and uphold brand standards across the store.

You will recruit and coach both part-time and full-time associates, oversee payroll and scheduling, and ensure visual displays align with corporate direction. A 2+ year track record in retail leadership and CEFR B2 English and Dutch are required, with a starting rate

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Dutch.

Job description

Job Title: Store Manager. The Store Manager is the leader of their location. They are responsible for staffing, training, developing, and retaining both part-time and full-time staff, including career development for management. They are accountable for all store operations, including hours management, Asset Protection, salesfloor and stockroom organization. They uphold company standards and policies, with a focus on store experience by ensuring a high level of customer engagement and adhering to brand presentation standards.

What You’ll Do

The starting rate for this position is41,000€ annually (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is 41,000€ - 41,000€ annually). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
