Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Operations professional to own wholesale account processes across regional teams in the Netherlands.

You will ensure excellent service, support onboarding, seasonal launches, promotions and growth initiatives while building strong relationships with customer operations, planning and supply chain colleagues. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, maintaining account scorecards and dashboards, and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, Account Operations, or related field.
• Knowledge of German language preferred.
• Experience in wholesale or B2B operations preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational performance of assigned strategic and focus wholesale accounts and ensure excellent service.
• Build relationships with customer operations, planning, and supply chain teams.
• Monitor account performance, identify risks, and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Support onboarding, seasonal launches, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and trends to improve service, efficiency, and satisfaction.
• Maintain account scorecards, dashboards, and reporting for data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and lead transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance, Technology, Distribution Centers, and Customer Operations teams to meet objectives.
• Lead or support special projects and regional initiatives.
