• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and market share across the assigned territory in The Netherlands.
• Develop and maintain relationships with cardiac surgeons, cardiologists, procurement teams, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote and support Medtronic’s portfolio of cardiac surgery solutions.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and product evaluations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
• Deliver product presentations, educational programs, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with marketing, clinical specialists, and cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive activities, and customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
